Frequently asked
Can I really see who @instagram just followed?
Yes. Lurk pulls @instagram's public follow list and surfaces the most recent additions in chronological order, usually within seconds of the follow being made.
Will @instagram know I'm tracking them?
No. Lurk never touches their account or yours. You're not logged into Instagram at all, we're just reading the public follow graph.
Does this work for private accounts?
Private accounts hide their follow list, so we can only show what Instagram makes public. If @instagram is public, you'll see everything.
How fast are the alerts?
