Is Lurk really anonymous?
Yes. We only view publicly available Instagram data — the same as visiting their profile on instagram.com. No login required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Web: manage through your Stripe billing portal. iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.
Why can't I track a private account?
Lurk only works with public Instagram accounts. If an account is set to private, we cannot access their follow activity.
