By using Lurk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Lurk monitors publicly available Instagram profiles to track follow and unfollow activity. We only access information that is publicly visible on instagram.com.

3. Subscriptions

Lurk offers premium subscriptions billed weekly ($19/week with $1 introductory first week) or annually ($79.99/year). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or payment provider.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lurk for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lurk is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of Instagram data or any decisions made based on information provided by our service.
