Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Lurk subscription. Here's how refunds work depending on where you purchased.
1. Mobile subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)
Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. Lurk does not process refunds directly for mobile subscriptions.
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google: visit Google Play's refund page or contact Google Play support.
2. Web subscriptions (Stripe)
For subscriptions purchased through this website, payments are processed by Stripe.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not made extensive use of the service.
- To request a refund, email support@getlurk.app with your transaction details (date, amount, and the email tied to your account).
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically refund the current period.
- Mobile: through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
- Web: through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account — or email us and we'll cancel for you.
4. Disputes
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact support@getlurk.app. Most issues can be resolved within 24 hours.
