Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Lurk subscription. Here's how refunds work depending on where you purchased.

1. Mobile subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)

Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. Lurk does not process refunds directly for mobile subscriptions.

2. Web subscriptions (Stripe)

For subscriptions purchased through this website, payments are processed by Stripe.

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not made extensive use of the service.
  • To request a refund, email support@getlurk.app with your transaction details (date, amount, and the email tied to your account).
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically refund the current period.

  • Mobile: through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
  • Web: through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account — or email us and we'll cancel for you.

4. Disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact support@getlurk.app. Most issues can be resolved within 24 hours.
