Can I really see who @gymshark just followed?
Yes. Lurk pulls @gymshark's public follow list and surfaces the most recent additions in chronological order, usually within seconds of the follow being made.
Will @gymshark know I'm tracking them?
No. Lurk never touches their account or yours. You're not logged into Instagram at all, we're just reading the public follow graph.
Does this work for private accounts?
